YSS is seeking a part-time Self-Sufficiency Advocate to assist young adults aged 18–21 who have aged out of foster care in northwestern Iowa. Key responsibilities include assessing needs, developing case plans, and providing ongoing support through face-to-face meetings.
Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field and possess strong assessment and case management skills. Benefits include flexible work, supportive leadership, and eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
