Maravillosa Senior and Home Care Agency LLC is hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for an exciting community-based senior care project.

Enjoy the flexibility of choosing morning shifts, afternoon shifts, or both, with opportunities available  seven days a week, including weekends .

This opportunity is ideal for caregivers who enjoy visiting multiple clients, providing personalized one-on-one care, and having flexibility in their daily schedules.

Flexible Scheduling – You Choose!

Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Available Monday through Sunday

• Work morning shifts only.
• Work afternoon shifts only.
• Work both shifts, with a midday break.
• Choose your available days, including weekdays and weekends.

Assignments are Based on participants needs/care plan.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Assist clients with daily activities and personal care including, but not limited to meal preparation, eating, bathing, and dressing, grooming, and using the bathroom

• Provide clients with mobility assistance

• Make transport arrangements for the client as needed

• Prepare and submit all applicable documentations in accordance with policies and procedures

Minimum Requirements

• A high school diploma or a general education degree (GED)

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Possess current CPR certification

• Must be registered with CDSS Guardian Registry.

• Experience in home health, home care and hospice industry are a plus

NB: This role does not involve any medical activities.

Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to multi-task

• Attention to details

• Have impeccable personal hygiene

• Ability to pass required TB test and physical exam

• Ability to perform light housekeeping

• Proven ability to behave with respect and compassion

• Can work independently with minimal supervision

Bilingual Caregivers Encouraged to Apply!English proficiency is required. Chinese, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Spanish language skills are a plus.
