Position: CT Tech - Evenings

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (12:00 PM - 8:30 PM)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CT Tech to join our dynamic team for evening shifts. The ideal candidate will have experience in community hospitals and a strong background in trauma care.

Qualifications

Years of Experience: 2 years required, 5 years preferred
Certifications Required: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS
Experience in Level II trauma centers is mandatory
Epic charting system experience is required
Community hospital experience is essential

Skills

Candidates should possess proficiency in the following:

Abdominal scans with and without contrast
Brain perfusion imaging
Cervical studies
Chest scans with and without contrast
Colorectal studies using rectal contrast
Head scans with and without contrast
Intravenous pyelogram (IVP)
Lumbar spine imaging
PACS system
Radiation safety protocols
Vascular imaging of the chest
Preparation and administration of contrast media

Work Environment

Type of Facility: Acute Care, Level II Teaching Hospital
Total Staffed Beds: 370
Scrub Color: Caribbean Blue
Patient Age Groups: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics

Additional Information

The role may require weekend shifts, covering every weekend from Friday to Sunday (7 PM - 7 AM). No pre-approved time off is currently allowed.
