Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is hiring Child Autism Therapists (Bachelor’s Degree required) in Richmond, TX (1548 Minonite Road, Richmond, TX 77469). Position ID: 28929. 6 openings. Full‑time, Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with optional Saturdays based on patient needs. Immediate start available. No experience required; ABC provides paid training and fully covers your RBT certification. Job Description Make a Difference Every Day: help children with autism build communication, social, and independent skills. Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data. Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands‑on activities. Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment. Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed. Optional: Watch a Behavior Technician at work! Pay Bachelor’s Degree: $15–$24 per hour Master’s Degree: $16–$26 per hour First raise after earning your RBT certification.
