Sr Lead Software Engineer - Equities Tech

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We require formal training or certification in software engineering concepts plus 5+ years of applied experience.
• We want strong experience building enterprise-grade software products, with hands-on work in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• We need advanced proficiency in Java, Spring Core, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and a relevant microservices framework, along with React for modern front-end development and UI/UX best practices.
• We look for strong experience with Oracle databases, including schema design and performance tuning.
• We need proficiency in object-oriented design and test-driven development, with practical experience using automation frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, and Cucumber.
• We expect a solid understanding of security standards including OAuth, TLS, and Kerberos.
• We value knowledge of domain-driven design, microservices patterns, and modern architectures.
• We prefer familiarity with log and metric collection and monitoring tools such as the ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana, AppDynamics, and Splunk.
• We value proficiency with agentic AI coding tools such as Copilot and Claude.
• We need hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines using Git, Maven, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Fortify.
• We require practical experience with AWS Cloud services and cloud-native application development.
