Responsibilities Ensure an exceptional customer experience is delivered 100% of the time Act as a Brooklinen brand ambassador, always putting the customer first Engage with loyal customers in‑person and form new customer relationships Educate customers on our product assortment, brand history, and value proposition Work in the back‑of‑house to receive and organize inventory Assist with visual merchandising of the store and products Support the planning and execution of in‑store special events Qualifications 0–3 years of experience in a retail (or service‑oriented) environment – we consider all types of experience and assess candidates through application screening and resumes. Clear, confident, and enthusiastic communication skills Strong judgment and a service‑ and solution‑oriented approach Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts Passionate, inclusive, and positive attitude Ability to stand for long periods of time, move products, and lift up to 20 pounds Compensation Hourly wage: $17.75–$18.50 per hour. Eligible for a quarterly bonus program with a target percentage based on role.
