Sales Representative

Lone Star Container is looking for a new business oriented sales person to be based out of our Irving, Texas plant to develop new accounts and grow existing customers in the corrugated packaging markets.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop new business opportunities though lead generation and follow up Manage and track opportunities through use CRM and lead generation technologies Maintain and grow business within assigned existing customers through relationship building and exemplary customer service Work with personnel in each department to ensure smooth flow of orders through all plant operations Comply with all company safety and employment policies

POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

Three to five years outside selling experience, 1+ years in corrugated packaging a huge plus Teachable and capable of quickly getting up to speed on high end graphic printing for corrugated packaging Record of success in setting and meeting sales objectives, especially in new account devlopement Valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and reliable transportation Self-starting requiring little supervision, strong work ethic Always being a team player Lone Star Container offers qualified candidates a competitive starting salary while transitioning to a commission structured compensation package, a generous auto-allowance, mileage reimbursement, cell phone allowance, and business related expense coverage.
