The Supply Chain Manager leads and optimizes end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, inventory management, and supplier performance. This role is accountable for customer service, inventory investment, cost, and overall supply chain performance.

As a key business leader, the Supply Chain Manager develops the team, strengthens accountability, and aligns supply chain priorities with business and customer needs. The role uses data, technology, and AI tools to build a more efficient, proactive, and forward-looking supply chain.

Organizational Development – 20%

· Lead and develop the Supply Chain team, creating a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement.

· Establish clear goals, expectations, and performance measures that drive results.

· Build team capabilities across planning, procurement, inventory management, and analytics.

· Strengthen partnerships across Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, and Product teams.

· Lead change and create alignment around supply chain priorities and business objectives.

Supply Chain Excellence – 60%

· Drive customer service excellence through material availability, accurate forecasting, and proactive issue resolution, achieving OT&C and fulfillment above 95%.

· Lead procurement cost-reduction initiatives, identifying and implementing opportunities that generate annual savings and cost avoidance.

· Optimize inventory, procurement, and production planning to balance service, cost, quality, and working capital.

· Lead inventory performance and reduction efforts, with a focus on excess, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory while maintaining appropriate service levels.

· Improve demand and supply planning, forecasting, replenishment, and inventory accuracy through disciplined processes and effective ERP/MRP utilization.

· Strengthen supplier performance through sourcing, relationship management, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.

· Establish clear performance metrics and operating rhythms to identify gaps, drive accountability, and deliver results.

· Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and automation to improve efficiency, responsiveness, and cost effectiveness.

Supply Chain Strategy & Growth – 20%

· Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business growth, customer needs, and financial objectives.

· Identify opportunities to improve cost, working capital, flexibility, and scalability.

· Leverage AI, analytics, automation, and emerging technologies to improve forecasting, planning, inventory optimization, and decision-making.

· Lead strategic initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in service, inventory, cost, and operational efficiency.

· Drive cross-functional alignment and adoption of supply chain best practices.

Qualifications:

· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

· 3+ years of progressive supply chain experience, preferably in manufacturing.

· Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving accountability and results.

· Strong expertise in planning, procurement, inventory management, and working capital.

· Data-driven problem solver with experience improving forecasting, service, and operational efficiency.

· Experience with ERP/MRP systems; D365 preferred, analytics, and AI/technology tools.

· Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.

· Hands-on, results-oriented leader with a continuous improvement mindset.
