Mandatory Qualification Checklist

The candidate must possess the following qualifications and experience

1 Strong functional knowledge of SAP ECC Payroll with proven experience in a Business Analyst role

2 Minimum 3-4 end to end payroll implementation projects completed successfully

3 Handson payroll experience in the following countries ( Atleast any two )

o Philippines

o South Korea

o Singapore

Candidates should have experience in all countries listed above or at least four of them

4 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

5 Ability to independently develop test scenarios test scripts and validation documents

6 Proven experiences coordinating with multiple stakeholders and supporting payroll related integrations

7 Capability to serve as the single point of contact SPOC for payroll related issues including

o Issue analysis and resolution coordination

o Vendor management

o Supporting testing teams with payroll process expertise

8 Ability to independently manage country specific payroll activities and provide status updates to the Global Payroll Product Owner

9 Experience presenting regular progress updates in country and global status meetings

10 Strong understanding of Time Management and Payroll Integration processes

1 Candidates whose experience is limited primarily to rollout and support engagements with minimal exposure to end-to-end implementations

2 Candidates with communication skills that may hinder effective interaction with client's vendors or global stakeholders

3 Candidates who demonstrate limited ownership operate within narrow scope boundaries or are unwilling to take accountability for end-to-end deliverables and issue resolution

Given the critical nature of this role we are seeking a highly proactive Payroll Business Analyst with strong implementation experience multicounty payroll expertise effective stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to operate independently in a global payroll environment
