Dental Assistant – Join Our Growing Team at Backcountry Dental
Location: Kellogg, ID
Pay: $18–24/hour, depending on experience
Employment Type: Full-Time
Backcountry Dental is looking for a motivated, dependable Dental Assistant to join our team immediately! We're a modern, patient-focused dental office that combines advanced technology with small-town service. If you're someone who enjoys helping people, works well in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a positive team, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
Assist the dentist during a wide variety of procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos
Help create an outstanding experience for every patient
Maintain accurate clinical records
Keep operatories clean, organized, and stocked
Work closely with the team to keep the schedule running smoothly
Qualifications
Dental assisting experience preferred (but we're willing to train anyone with a good attitude!)
Friendly, professional attitude
Strong communication and organizational skills
Dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn
Ability to work well in a team environment
