Pay: $18–24/hour, depending on experience

Backcountry Dental is looking for a motivated, dependable Dental Assistant to join our team immediately! We're a modern, patient-focused dental office that combines advanced technology with small-town service. What You'll Do

• Assist the dentist during a wide variety of procedures

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments

• Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos

• Help create an outstanding experience for every patient

• Maintain accurate clinical records

• Keep operatories clean, organized, and stocked

• Work closely with the team to keep the schedule running smoothly

Qualifications

• Dental assisting experience preferred (but we're willing to train anyone with a good attitude!)

• Friendly, professional attitude

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn

• Ability to work well in a team environment
