Job Description

Orthodontic Patient Care Coordinator

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Orthodontic Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This is a traveling position , and the ideal candidate must be comfortable and dependable when traveling between our office locations as needed.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients and families with a warm and professional attitude
Travel reliably between our multiple office locations as needed
Be flexible and comfortable working at different office locations based on scheduling and staffing needs
Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care
Explain treatment plans and payment options to patients and families
Answer phones and respond to patient questions
Follow up with new and existing patients
Work closely with the orthodontist and team at each location
Provide excellent customer service and create a positive patient experience
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Help ensure smooth daily operations across office locations

Qualifications

Friendly, positive, and professional personality
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Highly reliable and dependable, with a strong commitment to traveling between office locations
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between our locations regularly
Comfortable adapting to different office environments and working with various team members
Comfortable working with patients and families
Previous dental or orthodontic experience preferred, but not required
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining excellent patient service
Flexible, team-oriented, and willing to travel where needed
