Retail Customer Service Representative – Oakland, MD Shentel is hiring a Retail Customer Service Representative in our Oakland, MD Shentel Store. We are looking for a sales-oriented customer service professional to sell Shentel Broadband service through face-to-face and over-the-phone interactions. You will play a pivotal role in keeping your neighbors connected! Responsibilities Drive sales of Shentel Broadband service, maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales goals through face-to-face and phone interactions. Qualifications Your reputation as a successful sales professional who meets and exceeds sales goals Your high school diploma or equivalent One year of customer service or call center experience Compensation Salary range $14 - $15.82 per hour base pay Position is commission eligible Benefits Health/Dental/Vision/Life insurance, including Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and/or Health Savings Account (HSA) Disability insurance Paid time off Paid holidays 401(k) with company contribution Discount on Shentel services if you are in a Shentel service area Employee Assistance Program Other Compensation Details Hourly base pay rate + uncapped commission.
