Service Wizard, a family-owned HVAC company in Austin, TX, is seeking a Sales Trainer to develop and deliver training that improves residential HVAC sales performance. In this role, you’ll onboard new comfort advisors and technicians, lead ride-alongs, and coach to proven in-home sales processes, objection handling, and financing options. You’ll create training materials, track KPIs, and provide ongoing coaching to ensure ethical, customer-focused selling. The Sales Trainer will partner closely with leadership to align training with company goals and support long-term career growth for the sales team.
