Opportunity: Medical Provider Development Executive (Northern California)

Are you a healthcare business strategist masquerading as a sales professional? Do you have the ability to sit across from a physician-owner or practice administrator and discuss practice growth, cash flow, and operational scalability?

We are not looking for a traditional medical device rep—we are looking for a Provider Development Executive (PDE) to serve as a growth partner for the Northern California medical community.

The Mission

You will be the provider expert at the intersection of healthcare, legal services, and financial solutions. Your goal is to identify, recruit, and foster long-term strategic partnerships with elite physician groups, surgery centers, and imaging facilities.

You aren't just selling a product; you are selling operational relief and financial health to providers who are currently struggling with the complexities of lien-based care.

What You’ll Do

  • Consultative Growth: Serve as a business partner to practice owners, administrators, and C-suite executives, helping them solve operational pain points and diversify their referral sources.
  • Market Leadership: Own the Northern California territory. Identify underserved markets, build your pipeline, and position our client as the industry standard for participating in a high-growth provider network.
  • Financial Fluency: Engage in high-level conversations regarding revenue cycle management (RCM), aging accounts receivable (AR), cash flow timing, and practice economics.
  • Strategic Expansion: Actively recruit a network of high-quality providers (Ortho, Pain Management, PT, Chiropractic, Imaging) and integrate them into a nationwide platform.

We are looking for seasoned professionals who understand the business of medicine. You are likely an ideal fit if you have:

  • 5+ years of provider-facing business development (Medical Device, RCM, Healthcare SaaS, or Physician Liaison).
  • Financial Acumen: You aren't scared of numbers. You understand receivables, clinical business operations, and the financial "why" behind an ASC or imaging center’s success.
  • Executive Presence: You can walk into a Managing Partner’s office and command respect, credibility, and trust.
  • The "Partner" Mindset: You are looking for a long-term play, not a transactional "one-and-done" sale.

Territory Focus

This role requires significant field presence throughout Northern California . Whether you are based in the Bay Area, Sacramento, or the surrounding hubs, you are the face of our client’s organization for the entire region.
