Controller Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee the financial operations of our client’s organization. The ideal candidate will manage accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support strategic decision-making to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage all accounting activities including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support management goals Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors and tax advisors Lead and mentor accounting staff to promote professional development and efficiency Implement and improve financial systems and processes to enhance accuracy and productivity Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a Controller or senior accounting role Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems) Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to lead a team and collaborate across departments Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education Supportive work environment with a focus on work-life balance #J-18808-Ljbffr Stardom Employment Consultants
