Line Cook/Prep Cook

We are in immediate need of an afternoon sandwich artist during the week and a Weekend Line Cook. The line cook/prep cook (Pizza, Sandwich, Salad) team member is responsible for working his/her station to the end of the shift. This includes a clean as you go mentality, prepping for the next shift, and completing the duties of the station. Job Responsibilities Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner Follow recipes and presentation specifications Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Clean and maintain the station by practicing good safety and sanitation Assist with the cleaning and organization of the kitchen and equipment Restock items as needed throughout the shift Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code.
