Position Type: Part Time / Graveyard Shift
Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour
Job Schedule:
DayTimeSat10:30 PM - 07:00 AMSun10:30 PM - 07:00 AMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Monitor lobby and entry activity, greet arriving guests, verify identification and visitor information, and help to direct people according to property access procedures.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate details to property contacts and/or emergency services when needed.
- Support badge access, visitor logs, deliveries, and other front desk documentation while following established security-related policies and post instructions.
- Answer phones, assist with general inquiries, and help to report maintenance concerns, access issues, and/or suspicious activity observed at the location.
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months of security-related experience is required.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A state, county, and/or city issued security-related license is preferred.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
