About the Role
The Company is in search of a Tax Vice President to join their Personal Tax Advisory Group. The successful candidate will be a dedicated leader with a strong background in managing high-net-worth individual and business owner tax engagements. This role is pivotal for those with a deep understanding of individual, fiduciary, and gift tax compliance and planning, particularly with a focus on international tax planning and compliance. Key responsibilities include leading and managing complex client relationships, supervising and mentoring the management team, and ensuring that all personal tax engagements meet and exceed client expectations. Applicants for the Tax Vice President position at the company should hold a CPA certification and have a minimum of 15 years' of relevant experience, with an advanced degree being advantageous. The role requires a professional with strong leadership and team management skills, proficiency in flow-through entity taxation rules, and a proven track record in business development. Exceptional communication skills, proficiency in tax preparation and planning software, and a preference for experience in international tax planning and compliance are also essential.
