Kitchen Supervisor

As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our diverse and high-energy kitchen. Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of cook and support staff to ensure a high standard of service
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of food within the kitchen
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory role in a kitchen
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory control and cost management
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
