- Hands-on experience with tire repair and maintenance

- Inspecting tires for wear and damage
- Performing tire rotations and pressure checks
- Responding to on-site service calls
- Operating tire service equipment
- Previous tire service experience
- Mechanical skills
- Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment
- Customer service skills
