Chili’s in Plymouth is hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead daily front- and back-of-house operations in a fun, high-energy Tex-Mex concept. You’ll coach and schedule team members, uphold Chili’s guest-first standards, and ensure smooth, efficient service. Oversee food quality, safety, and cleanliness while managing inventory, labor, and cost controls. You’ll support hiring, onboarding, and training to grow careers from within. Ideal candidates bring strong hospitality instincts, a passion for people, and confidence in handling peak-volume shifts while creating a welcoming, inclusive environment for guests and staff.
