Join Relias, the company changing lives throughout the world by helping healthcare organizations improve their clinical and financial outcomes!The Senior Implementation Consultant is responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new and existing customers for the implementation of multiple Relias products and solutions. The customer base will be mid-market and enterprise healthcare customers with one or more Relias products and solutions. This role will manage customer onboarding from post-sale to launch and which will include the technical set up and configuration of Relias products, and management of the overall project plan.What You'll Do:Manage the customer implementation of the Relias Platform for multiple solutionsCommanding and driving internal resources across Relias, including but not limited to technical, clinical, change management, and account management teamsDeveloping detailed project plans, identifying scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and contingency plansUtilizing tools and project management practices to ensure on-time delivery and effective communication and collaboration, both internally and externallyIdentifying and managing risks and issues, and working with internal teams for mitigationLead project reviews, provide status reports, and ensure project remains on schedule, within scope, and within budgetDeveloping and fostering positive relationships and building rapport with customersUtilizing current and best practice implementation documentation and toolkitsConfigure contracted products and solutions to customer specificationsProviding technical support to customers throughout the duration of the implementation as requiredConducting platform training sessions in various settings for internal and external customers as requiredEnsuring process documentation is developed and maintainedAct as liaison to other departments as assignedAssist department manager with sales support (i.e., demonstrations of solutions to new and existing customers, customer calls, etc.)RFP response supportOther duties as assignedQualifications You've Got What It Takes If You Have:Bachelor's Degree3 years in project management managing customer facing projects3 years implementation SaaS based products and solutionsExperience with project management tools, methodologies, and softwareAbility to effectively manage and nurture client relationships to achieve mutual successAbility to work effectively and harmoniously with others towards a common goal or objective utilizing the skills and attitudes necessary to engage, communicate, and cooperate with individuals or groups, fostering an inclusive and productive work environmentAbility and willingness to take independent action, show proactive behavior, and drive progress without being explicitly instructed or directedAbility to effectively implement, integrate, and optimize artificial intelligence technologies within business processesAbility to assess information, evaluate options, and make effective choices or judgments in a timely manner through unbiased analysis of situations, weighing potential outcomes, and selecting the most appropriate course of actionIt Would Be Nice If You:3 years in project management managing customer facing projects3 years implementation SaaS based products and solutionsExperience with project management tools, methodologies, and softwareRelias is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free workplace.
