- Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions, while meeting department objectives.
- Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.
- Assess patients, establish goals, and document progress to guide ongoing treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other health professionals to support comprehensive care and discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate and compliant patient records and participate in quality improvement activities. Requirements
- Active occupational therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and participate in an interdisciplinary care team.
- Willingness to travel for a temporary assignment.
- Ability to meet credentialing and background checks required for travel assignments.
