Our mission is to create sophisticated generative voice bots capable of understanding the nuances of a user's inquiry, providing immediate answers, and ensuring they are seamlessly routed to the most relevant support. You will work at the forefront of innovation, utilizing Amazon's full suite of Bedrock tools and a variety of Large Language Models (LLMs) from providers like Amazon, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
