Billing and Collections Manager 170,000-185,000 Overview We are seeking an experienced Billing and Collections Manager to oversee billing operations, accounts receivable, and collections activities in a high-volume environment. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, process improvements, and exceptional client service. Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of billing and collections professionals. Manage billing, invoicing, collections, and accounts receivable processes. Monitor outstanding balances and drive timely payment collections. Resolve complex billing and payment issues with clients and internal teams. Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Pricing, and eBilling teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. 6+ years of billing, collections, or accounts receivable experience. 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
