Software Engineering Trainee Engineer Graduate Program Digital Banking Junior Developer Join Backbase, a global leader in digital banking, and revolutionize the banking experience with cutting-edge technology. As a Trainee Engineer, you'll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking culture, working with seasoned experts to solve real-world banking challenges. This 6-month immersive graduate program transforms curious minds into skilled Junior Developers, providing comprehensive technical and professional skills training. You'll have real ownership of tasks, dedicated mentors, and a clear career path into our Product or Services Engineering teams. About You: You possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with a solid foundation in programming fundamentals and logical problem-solving. Your strong English communication skills, curious mindset, and flexibility to adapt to new technologies make you an ideal candidate. Nice-to-have skills: Personal projects, internships, or academic excellence. Responsibilities:
