Strategic HR Business Partner for Growing Practices
Associated Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons PA
Specialty Dental Brands (SDB) is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support multiple practices nationwide, with travel 20–40%. You’ll partner with regional leaders, office managers, and HR teams to deliver practical people solutions that strengthen culture and performance. You’ll coach managers through employee relations, performance discussions, and policy guidance, while helping implement HR programs, development initiatives, and workforce insights across SDB’s pediatric dentistry, #J-18808-Ljbffr Associated Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons PA
