Practice Manager - West Cincinnati

Job Summary Veterinary Practice Manager at Banfield Pet Hospital. Your practice‑management skills drive business results and your people‑leadership skills develop associates and foster an engaging team environment. Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day operations so the medical team can devote time to delivering the highest quality veterinary care. Interview, hire, develop, and evaluate associates. Educate associates on Banfield guidelines, preventive care, and pet health needs. Develop and maintain the hospital budget and plan activities. Coordinate scheduling, time‑off requests, and continuing education needs. Monitor hospital processes, progress, and productivity. Collaborate with the veterinary medical team, field leadership, corporate headquarters, and PetSmart® associates (when applicable). Provide leadership and analytical support to the Chief of Staff. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred; equivalent education, training, and experience acceptable. Minimum three years related experience in healthcare, veterinary profession, or service industry with direct supervisory experience (hiring, associate development). Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Problem‑solving ability, conflict‑management experience, and leadership skills. Analytical know‑how. Benefits and Compensation Salary range: $60,630.99 – $77,578.10 (dependent on experience, skill level, education, and geographic location). Pay rates for salaried positions may differ by schedule worked.
