Before entering the insurance industry, I worked in new home construction. I reached a point where I knew I ultimately wanted the opportunity to build something of my own. I spent two to three years working in another agent's office before taking the next step and opening my own agency. Giving back to our local community is important to our team. Each year, we support local schools and charitable organizations, and one of our favorite traditions has become our annual back-to-school backpack giveaway. Last year alone, we were able to provide more than 90 backpacks to local students. We also regularly donate to area elementary schools and smaller charitable organizations in need of support. Role description: As an Account Manager for Andrew Kennedy - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. Qualifications: Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
