Program Overview As part of our globalization journey, we are launching a Future Leader Program in the U.S. to identify and develop high‑potential young talents who aspire to become future business and operations leaders. The Management Trainee (MT) Program is designed for high‑potential MBA or Masters graduates who demonstrate strong leadership potential, learning agility, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Participants will rotate across key functions including Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, Customer Service, and Project Management, gaining hands‑on exposure to global business operations and developing into future managers and leaders within RMS. This is not a functional specialist role, but a leadership development position aimed at building future country managers, business unit leaders, and global functional leaders. Responsibilities Business Operations & Project Management Participate in day‑to‑day operational activities and support continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate cross‑functional projects involving sales, procurement, logistics, and customer service teams. Analyze business performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Support process optimization and digital transformation initiatives. Commercial & Customer Development Assist in maintaining relationships with key customers and strategic partners. Participate in customer meetings, business development activities, and industry events. Develop understanding of maritime, supply chain, and logistics industries. Supply Chain & Global Collaboration Work closely with overseas offices and headquarters to support global projects. Learn procurement, inventory management, and supply chain operations. Collaborate with international teams across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America. Leadership Development Participate in structured leadership development programs and mentoring by senior executives. Take ownership of challenging projects and deliver measurable business outcomes. Build capabilities in communication, problem‑solving, decision‑making, and people leadership. Education MBA or Masters degree from a reputable university. Major in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Finance, or related disciplines preferred. Experience 0–3 years of working experience. Outstanding fresh graduates encouraged to apply. Previous internship or experience in consulting, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, operations, or commercial functions is a plus. Profile Age typically between 28–30 . High potential ("HiPo") with ambition to develop into future leadership roles. Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to take ownership. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑growing and multicultural environment. Demonstrated leadership experience through projects, student organizations, athletics, or professional activities. Language Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
