Job Title: Outside Sales Representative – Roofing
Target Earnings : $60K - $100K+

Sales Focus Inc. is hiring Outside Sales Representative – Roofing to sell NanoShield services directly to homeowners.
This is a full-time W-2 position with base pay plus uncapped commission , offering strong earning potential and clear growth opportunities.

Compensation
- Base pay + uncapped commission
- On-Target Earnings: $60,000 – $100,000+
- Bi-Weekly pay
- Bonuses and incentives available
What You’ll Do
- Speak with homeowners about NanoShield's roofing services
- Educate customers on available solutions
- Help homeowners select the right product
- Generate leads, Close sales, and schedule installations
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in residential neighborhoods
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
No prior sales experience required. Training provided.
