We believe that our collective efforts will shape a healthier future for the communities we serve.How you'll contributeThe Clinic Manager manages the daily operations of the assigned department or function to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives. Additional responsibilities include:Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management.Performs and oversees scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.Other duties as assigned.What we offerFundamental to providing great care is supporting and rewarding our team.
