Key Responsibilities of the RN - Psych

• Provide patient care to psychiatric patients as directed by a RN and according to the treatment team plan
• Develop therapeutic relationships with patients and family members
• Participate in department and team treatment programs

Requirements of the RN - Psych

• Active RN license with BLS and CPI certifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Psych nursing
• Strong interpersonal and de-escalation communication skills
• Experience with physical and medical restraints
