Front Office/Route Settlement SpecialistKemps Dairy has immediate job openings for a Front Office/Route Settlement Specialist supporting our fiancé team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our delivery operations run smoothly by verifying routes, reconciling paperwork, and resolving discrepancies. Will answer phones and help people as they come into the plant.You'll work closely with drivers, warehouse teams, and supervisors while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and helping maintain accurate, efficient operations.Kemps Dairy is a farmer-owned brand of Dairy Farmers of America (DFA), a dairy marketing cooperative owned by more than 12,500 family farmers.Our mark matters—it represents the wholesomeness of dairy that we proudly share with our communities and families. Come be part of something that matters.What You'll DoReview and reconcile driver paperwork, delivery tickets, and invoicesInvestigate overages, shortages, returns, and product discrepanciesVerify route information and ensure system accuracyAnalyze daily, weekly, and monthly variancesPartner with drivers, supervisors, and warehouse teams to resolve issuesSupport training on route settlement and end-of-day processesIdentify errors and improve process accuracyWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent1–3 years of experience in inventory, accounting, logistics, or office support (preferred)Strong attention to detail and accuracyComfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systemsStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to stay organized and problem-solve in a fast-paced environmentWhy You'll Love This JobMonday–Friday schedule (no weekends!)
