About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to serve as a co-founder and principal, with a focus on commercializing an immersive training platform for unmanned aircraft systems and counter-UAS decision-making. The CEO will be responsible for setting the company's strategy, raising capital, leading government go-to-market efforts, and building a team to execute the strategy. This role requires a leader with a strong background in technology, services, or software business, particularly in the defense, public safety, or critical infrastructure sectors. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in scaling a business, direct experience in market exposure, and a deep understanding of capital formation and financial management. Key responsibilities for the CEO include defining the commercial model, leading capital formation, and overseeing business development and capture. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 15 years of senior leadership experience, and a history of success in a similar role. Essential qualifications include a growth record, market exposure, and the ability to manage governance, compliance, and risk. The CEO will also be expected to recruit and build a strong team, ensure the company's compliance with industry standards, and serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization. A background in counter-UAS, air defense, force protection, or related fields is preferred, as is experience with SaaS solutions and familiarity with the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution process.
