Job Details Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week (12‑hour shifts) Shift: 3x12s (12‑hour shifts) Employment type: Travel Location: 101 Civic Center Lane, Lake Havasu City, AZ Unit: 40‑bed Med Surg / Telemetry floor (adult/geriatric) Local rate: $48 per hour (travel rates apply for candidates living 60 miles or more from the facility) Shift & Call Requirements Guaranteed 36 hours per week 4 weekend shifts in a 4‑week schedule period No call scheduled; flex on‑call shifts may be requested up to two times during the contract No block schedule requests; a 48‑hour block can be considered but is not guaranteed Unit Information Number of beds: 40 Patient ratio: 1:6 Equipment: Baxter IV pumps, Posey bed/chair alarms, Omnicel drug cabinet, Zoll defibrillators EHR: Medhost Facility: HRMC JV GENERAL PARTNER – Joint Commission accredited, 171 beds, community hospital and regional referral center, Chest Pain Center, Level III Trauma Required Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of experience in Med Surg / Telemetry ACLS certification Recent acute‑care experience handling a 1:6 patient ratio Experience with telemetry monitoring and total joint/surgical patients Travel nursing experience (preferred) Preceptor or charge nurse experience considered a plus Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with adult/geriatric patient populations, including acute on chronic conditions such as CHF, CKD, alcohol withdrawal, SIRS, GIB, ACS, and post‑op patients Compassionate, positive, can‑do attitude Additional Information Float to other units (IMC, ED) is expected Full name of supervisor: Tanya Hawkins Dress code: black scrub (top and bottom), no open shoes Lifepoint Job ID: 6-1009784 Benefits & Compensation Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. #J-18808-Ljbffr
