Job DescriptionCrane Operator – Lead Regional Mobile Crane Operations for Aerial Precast Concrete\n\nJob Overview\n\n Company: Aerial Precast Concrete LLC\n Salary/Pay Rate: $30 to $45 per hour (based on experience).\n Location: Davie, FL (Travel Required)\n Job/Employment Type: Full Time\n Project Scope: Commercial Construction and Precast Concrete Erection\n Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: NCCCO Certification, CDL Class A, and Current DOT Medical Card\n\n\nThe Opportunity\nYou will serve as a vital field professional driving the execution of high-precision heavy lifts across complex commercial environments. This position grants you the ownership to manage advanced crane configurations while upholding strict safety parameters for an organization that values your technical mastery. You will have the necessary field autonomy to execute critical lifts backed by a supportive operations team.\n\nHow You Will Make an Impact\n\n Operate hydraulic mobile cranes ranging from 40 to 275 tons safely and efficiently.\n Execute precision lifts for precast concrete erection and structural steel installations daily.\n Interpret comprehensive load charts, lift plans, and blueprints to determine maximum crane capacities.\n Configure outriggers, matting, ground pressure variables, and counterweights prior to every lift sequence.\n Coordinate directly with riggers, signalpersons, and field superintendents to align real-time site operations.\n Perform routine daily pre-trip equipment inspections and accurately document maintenance logs.\n Enforce rigorous compliance with OSHA, NCCCO, DOT, and established organizational safety standards.\n\n\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\n\n 5 years of dedicated mobile crane operating experience.\n Valid, current NCCCO Crane Operator Certification.\n Possession of/willing to obtain a valid CDL Class A license alongside a current DOT Medical Card.\n Demonstrated proficiency independently reading load charts and calculating complex radius demands.\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications & Experience\n\n 5 years of specialized experience executing precast concrete and structural steel erection.\n Prior possession of OSHA 30, Rigging, and Signalperson certifications.\n Proven technical familiarity operating Link-Belt, Grove, Tadano, or Liebherr crane systems.\n Demonstrated experience mentoring apprentice operators or junior rigging crew members.\n\n\nCompensation & Benefits\n\n 401k saving plan with employer match day one\n Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Available\n Competitive hourly compensation package based entirely on industry qualifications.\n Paid time off program covering vacation days, sick time, and major holidays.\n Travel allowances provided for regional project assignments requiring site travel.\n Direct access to ongoing technical training and professional certification advancement.\n\n\nAbout Us\nAerial Precast Concrete is an established leader in commercial construction installations, operating with a corporate culture built on professional growth and personal accountability.
