NSG, Inc. currently has an exciting opportunity for a dependable, customer-focused Valet/Garage Attendant to support an office facility located in Downtown Cincinnati.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, takes pride in keeping facilities safe and organized, and is comfortable working independently.Schedule (Split Shift - 40 hours/week)Monday–Friday6:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. +2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.Compensation$19.00 per hourWeekly pay every FridayBenefits are available after 90 days of employmentPosition RequirementsMust be able to drive all types of vehicles (manual and automatic)Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordMust pass a pre-employment drug screeningGeneral DutiesGreet tenants and provide assistance when entering the garageValet park vehicles as neededMonitor and control parking of non-tenantsHelp ensure the safety of tenants and guests; report safety or security concernsAssist with receiving processes (forklift training required)Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the garageAssist with light maintenance and building projectsParticipate in monthly safety trainingPhysical RequirementsAbility to talk, hear, and see clearly (with/without corrective lenses)Ability to walk and stand for extended periodsAbility to move safely around the facility, including bending, stooping, and twistingAbility to lift up to 80 lbs and push up to 100 lbs unassistedAbility to reach, handle small objects, and perform tasks requiring finger dexterityKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesValid driver's license with clean driving recordAbility to expertly maneuver vehicles in tight spacesAbility to speak, read, and write EnglishMotivated, reliable, and self- directedProfessional, courteous demeanor with strong customer service skillsAble to work with minimal supervisionAbout NSG, Inc.NSG, Inc. is a fast-growing, family-owned commercial building services company proudly serving the Greater Cincinnati area since 1988.
