FLEX Senior Project Manager, Payroll

Role SummaryWe are seeking a Payroll Project Manager to support a global HCM/payroll transformation program. This role manages day-to-day operations of the payroll workstream, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder coordination are effectively maintained.Key Responsibilities- Manage payroll workstream plans across requirements, design, and preparation for build.

• Track deliverables including RTM, Fit/Gap, process design, and configuration drafts.
• Maintain RAID logs, action logs, and design decisions.
• Coordinate across Payroll, ATLAS, Finance, and technical teams.
• Prepare executive-level updates and presentations for leadership.
• Support payroll leadership in execution and planning.Qualifications- 7+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in large transformation programs (ERP/HCM/Finance).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Preferred- Experience in payroll or finance transformations.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud or similar platforms.
• Experience preparing executive presentations.Success Criteria- Payroll workstream executes against plan.
• Clear visibility to leadership on status and risks.
