Orthopedic Surgeon – Banner Churchill Community Hospital Location: Fallon, NV Opportunity Overview Surgical Affiliates Management Group (SAMGI) is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join our program at Banner Churchill Community Hospital in Fallon, Nevada. This is a unique opportunity to practice full-scope orthopedic surgery in a rural community setting while enjoying a predictable schedule and the professional support of a well-established surgical group. Join an established team Balanced case mix of elective and acute orthopedic cases Build and lead a program that truly impacts community health Program Highlights Two-Surgeon Model: Each surgeon works ~183 days/year 24/7/365 ED Ortho Call Coverage Daily Onsite Weekday Coverage (M–F): Clinic, hospital, and OR Clinic Duties Include: Elective ortho, follow-ups, and outpatient consults Target Volume: 150 acute + 150 elective = 300 total cases in year one No APPs required – direct surgeon-delivered care Hospital Snapshot Banner Churchill Community Hospital 25-bed rural facility with a tight-knit, patient-centered environment 4-bed Medical ICU, MRI on site ED sees ~17,734 visits annually, serves ~81,000 outpatient clinic visits Located in the scenic Sierra Nevada foothills, about an hour from Reno Live & Work in Fallon, NV Known as the “Oasis of Nevada”, Fallon offers a unique blend of small-town charm and big adventure.
