Are you an experienced cleaning professional seeking an opportunity with a thriving residential property management company? Look no further! ShipRock Management is expanding its summer team and is on the lookout for a reliable and skilled Cleaning Technician to elevate the maintenance and cleanliness standards of our properties through St Cloud. We offer a $200.00 base stipend per month for gas and cell phone use in addition to the hourly pay, with 40 hours of work each week on average.

Responsibilities:

Common Area Cleanings:

• Execute a comprehensive cleaning schedule for common spaces in multi-family buildings.
• Tasks include exterior garbage cleanup, maintenance of laundry machines, window and door cleaning, and thorough vacuuming of floors.

Turn Over Cleanings:

• Conduct detailed cleaning of vacant homes and apartments between residents.
• Responsibilities encompass cleaning appliances, bathrooms, kitchens, baseboards, and basement areas.

Carpet Cleaning:

• Operate state-of-the-art commercial carpet cleaning machines.

Light Maintenance:

• Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing batteries in detectors, and refreshing stove burner trays.

Requirements:

• Experience:Bring 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in cleaning or housekeeping positions.
• Versatility:Comfortably work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Record:Maintain a clean driving record and background.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Must be of age 18 or older
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Smart Phone.

Work Environment:

• Schedule: Full-time position with regular working hours. Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods.
• Physical Demands: Primarily a desk job with occasional light lifting of files and documents. Occasional physical requirements such as lifting when performing additional tasks such as apartment turnovers.
