The requirements for this position are listed below:Bachelors degree in business related area, engineering or information systems or additional related experience.5-8 years of experience supporting integrated software systems including SAP PM with configuration experienceExcellent business process analysis and redesign experience, business analytical problem solving skills, and the ability to quickly identify problems and recommend solutions.Strong knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance business processes, configuration and functional specification design. Experience partnering with management and staff in a team based environmentWork independently and in cooperation with others on multiple activities, with flexibility to manage competing demands and changing prioritiesExtensive business and systems analysis skills that support applications developmentA good understanding of operational processes within a companyExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong relationship management skillsExperience with MS Office tools, particularly ExcelMust be customer-service oriented and adaptable to ongoing changesRequired experience is commensurate with the selected job level:The Senior IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job related experienceThe Lead IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job related experienceThe Principal IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 10+ years of relevant job related experience.Preferred Qualifications:SAP S/4HANA both from technical and functional perspectiveOil and Gas industry experienceWorking Conditions: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
