Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab / EP

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM) | Day Off Varies | On-Site | Call Required approximately 9–10 days per month

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab, including administration of medications and application of proper sterilization techniques
• Assist physicians with cardiovascular studies and interventional procedures performed in the Cardiac Cath Lab
• Assist with Special Procedure studies and interventions as directed
• Serve as a patient advocate throughout all phases of care
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the department

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with a current Arkansas RN license in good standing, or valid Compact State license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of two (2) years of Cardiac Cath Lab or related RN experience
• License must be in-hand at time of submission
• This position is designated safety sensitive in accordance with Arkansas Act 593 governing Medical Marijuana

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
• Experience with Cerner electronic health records
• Prior travel nursing experience
