Join our team at CrossRoads Building Supply, Inc., an industry leader in material solutions, delivering Best in Class service to both clients and team members. Our Springdale, AR branch is actively seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Workers to join our team.

Position: Warehouse Worker

As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform essential physical tasks that support our branch operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Pull, load, and organize warehouse stock
• Assist with deliveries and unloading materials to multiple sites
• Support inventory control and warehouse operations
• Operate forklifts (experience preferred)
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 18 years
• General knowledge of building industry products
• Comfortable working at heights (ladders or rooftops)
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs

Schedule:

• Monday Friday, 7:00 am 4:30 pm (hours may vary)
• Mandatory overtime as required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $14.00 $18.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 40 per week
