We are currently seeking experienced mixologists to join our team.We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable Restaurant Servers who take pride in delivering exceptional hospitality. As a Server, you'll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by providing attentive service, making personalized menu recommendations, and ensuring every guest leaves looking forward to their next visit. This is a part-time position requiring flexible availability, including weekends, daytime on Saturdays and Sundays, evenings, and holidays.Apply today and become part of a team that's passionate about great food, outstanding service, and unforgettable experiences!Responsibilities include but not limited to:Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, providing attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience to ensure complete satisfaction.Take accurate food and beverage orders, answer menu questions, and make knowledgeable recommendations on appetizers, entrées, desserts, wines, cocktails, and other beverages.Anticipate guest needs, promptly and professionally resolve concerns, and communicate dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests accurately to the kitchen.Work collaboratively with team members and management to ensure efficient, seamless service and an exceptional guest experience.Complete opening and closing duties, maintain a clean and organized work area, and restock supplies to support daily restaurant operations.Participate in ongoing training and professional development while adhering to all company policies, food safety and sanitation standards, and California Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) regulations.Compensation & Benefits:Pay: $16.90 hourly rate plus gratuity averaging from $40.00 - $50.00 per hour401(k) MatchingAflac SupplementalTeam Member DiscountBorn from the elegant merger of the culinary and hospitality worlds, Appellation is much more than a typical hotel company.
