Available Shifts

• • 4- to 12-hour shifts available
  • Morning, afternoon, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
  • Part-time, full-time, and PRN opportunities available
  • Must be available to work in Strongsville and Berea as needed

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Follow each client's individualized plan of care

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least one year of caregiving, home care, assisted living, or direct care experience preferred
• HHA, STNA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant training preferred
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray required
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining client confidentiality
