Duration: Long-term assignment

Shift: Days, 8 hours/day

Hours/Week: Full-time

Employment Type: Contract (W-2)

Licensure/Certs: Oklahoma State Occupational Therapist License, NBCOT Certification

Experience: 2+ years practicing as an OT in clinical settings

Pay Rate: $56.95/hour

What You'll Do

Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and ADL physical functioning disorders
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments and clinical standards
Provide skilled, medically necessary therapy including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed; document outcomes accurately
Offer consultations to patients, families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members
Provide detailed discharge summaries and maintain comprehensive clinical documentation
Collaborate in team meetings, facility trainings, and comply with regulatory requirements
Supervise OT assistants, rehab aides, and students as applicable
Adhere to NBCOT, state practice acts, and professional ethics

What You Need

Required:

Oklahoma Occupational Therapist License
NBCOT Certification
Minimum of 2 years' experience in clinical rehabilitation settings
Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred:

Experience in long-term care or geriatric settings
Knowledge of assistive devices and modalities
