Dietary Aide - PT

JOB DETAILS At Restaura , dining is more than a meal-it's a moment of connection. We're looking for a welcoming, service-driven Dietary Aide to support our dining and nutrition services team and create a positive, memorable experience for residents each day. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments and takes pride in hospitality, cleanliness, and making others feel cared for. What You'll Do
- Deliver friendly, attentive service to residents and guests during meal periods
- Assist with meal service in the dining room and/or tray delivery to residents
- Set up, clear, and sanitize dining areas and workstations
- Support plating and portioning meals following diet orders and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, kitchen, and dish areas
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures
- Restock food, beverages, and supplies to ensure smooth service
- Communicate resident preferences and needs to the team
- Support special events and themed dining experiences
- Friendly, professional, and hospitality-focused
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable with great attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality, dining services, or healthcare
