Trellis Supportive Care is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide meaningful, patient-centered care to individuals living with a life-limiting illness in their homes throughout Salisbury, NC and surrounding areas .

What You’ll Need

• Current CNA I or CNA II certification
• Current CPR certification
• Two (2) years of clinical experience preferred
• Compassion, dependability and a desire to support patients and families during one of life’s most important journeys
