We are currently looking for Night and Full-Time Weekend Shift Electrical Helpers.
Night Shift: Monday - Thursday 8pm - 630am
Weekend: Friday - Sunday 6am - 6pm
What you will experience in this position:
Use a variety of hand and power tools to assemble products and parts
Clean parts using cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths
Clean and maintain production equipment, machinery, and work areas
Complete assigned work in an organized, timely manner, meeting or exceeding schedule expectations
Maintain productivity and complete tasks with minimal errors
Report to work on time and promptly communicate schedule changes to your supervisor
Apply your knowledge, skills, and abilities to support team and production goals
You have:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Less than one (1) year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Basic understanding of operational processes and procedures
Ability to work within clearly defined standard operating procedures and adhere to quality guidelines under close supervision
Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, and reach for extended periods
Frequent use of hands and fingers for grasping, handling tools, and repetitive tasks
Ability to lift, push, and pull materials and equipment (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
Ability to work at heights, in confined or tight spaces, and around moving machinery
Ability to work in variable indoor and outdoor environments, including noise, dust, heat, and cold
